The quality control system of KA METALS is professional, strict, and systematic, aiming to ensure that our products and services always meet high standards of quality and fully satisfy customer needs.

Our quality management system emphasizes attention to detail andeffectivenessthrough detailed regulations and strict execution processes,we ensure quality control of products from raw material procurement, production, inspection, delivery, and other links. We focus on fine management of each link to ensure accuracy and stability.

Our quality management system emphasizes continuous improvement and closed-loop feedback mechanisms. We continuously improve and optimize the processes of our quality management system through practice. We establish a closed-loop feedback mechanism to guide production practices through the quality management system, and continuously verify the correctness of the system through production practices, which in turn improves the quality management system, thereby enhancing process and quality levels.

Quality pre-management

Raw material selection: The selection of raw materials for stainless steel products is the foundation of product quality and plays a crucial role in subsequent processing and product quality. To ensure the production of high-quality products, we strictly select raw materials based on customer needs and requirements for subsequent processing techniques, including surface roughness, flatness, softness, tensile properties and other physical indicators, raw material composition, corrosion resistance, and selection of raw material manufacturers. We also provide practical guidance and material selection criteria for raw material selection based on the closed-loop management requirements of our quality management system.

Production process and production process planning: Based on customer needs and process requirements, we will plan a detailed production process--for surface-processed products including sanding/polishing/mirror finish/embossing/etching/coloring, we select different processes for each subdivisional processing link and coordinate between different subdivisional processing links; for customized products, we include steps such as cutting, forming, polishing, welding, and assembling of stainless steel.


Quality process management

Basic parameter control: During production, we strictly control the thickness, width, and length of stainless steel plates to ensure that their dimensional accuracy meets customer requirements.

Surface processing quality control: We have a strict quality control standard for surface processes such as sanding, polishing, mirror finish, embossing, etching, coating, etc. Quality inspection engineers monitor the status of processing equipment and the quality of finished products in real-time and work closely with on-site operators to maintain surface processing quality consistency.

Process inspection: After each production process is completed, quality inspection engineers conduct quality inspections on the products of that process. Once the inspection is passed, the products will be protected in stages as soon as possible before moving to the next process. Only products that meet standards will proceed to the next process.


Finished product protection

Packaging protection: We use professional protective materials to package finished products to prevent damage during transportation or storage.

Storage environment control: We store finished products in a dry, non-corrosive, and safe environment to ensure safe and reliable storage for product quality consistency.


Transportation protection

Container reinforcement: Prior to loading products for transportation, we perform strict reinforcement measures to prevent vibrations or collisions during transportation.

Transportation tracking: We use a professional tracking system to monitor the transportation status of goods to ensure their safe arrival at the destination.


Post-quality evaluation

Customer feedback: We collect customer feedback and conduct detailed analysis on feedback received to take appropriate measures for improvement.

Internal review: We regularly conduct internal reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of product quality and process control. For issues identified during the review, we take corresponding measures for improvement.

Continuous improvement: Based on customer feedback and internal review results, we continuously improve our product quality and production processes to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
